Its blade is crafted from premium BalbachDamast DSC® “Kleine Rosen” Damascus steel, offering outstanding cutting performance and a distinctive Damascus pattern. With a hardness of 61 HRC, the blade provides excellent edge retention and precise cutting characteristics.

The handle is made from exclusive FarCarbon®, available in Black/Gold or Black/Silver. This advanced carbon composite material combines lightweight construction, exceptional strength, and a striking visual appearance.

A reliable Liner-Lock mechanism securely locks the blade during use. Weighing only 80 g, the MINI-GOURMET offers excellent handling and comfortable everyday carry.
